SCI is functioning as a cooperative.  That means we have no shareholders and no corporate structure.  All full time employees are also part owner.  All of us get paid the same based on the work that we do which is set at a leveled amount.  The remainder is either put back into the company or divided among us as a yearend bonus.   This means it is in the best interest of all here inside the SCI blimp to make sure everything we do make you shine. 

And to answer the question "What if someone doesn't pull their weight?", then we reply:  "Then they would be a member of the SCI crew."
